Not bad, but not great either.
Maybe it's because I'm not a fan of Wacky Races. I've never seen it. But this just didn't hold my attention. It dragged and the animation wasn't very interesting to me. It also got a bit repetitive to me. There were funny moments, but there were also moments that bored me.

Haha, I LOLed at this. Nice mix of parody and original concept. Also, I like your art/animation style. My one comment is that one minute she dropped the ball from fright, and somehow it was magically back in her hand at the next cut.

You know, a lot of times with flash animation, I see making it look cool come before anything. While amazing animation is impressive, I'm personally better persuaded by a good story. Your animation was average level, but the story was great ad tha's why this sands out. Also, nice job on the sound mixing.

Nice writing, but the animation could use soem wok
Writing wise, the Kirby fandom will appreciate this. It's a creative idea and has some funny jokes. However, the way it was animated wasn't so great. There were times where you were slow in an attempt to be dramatic, but it just came across as slow. If you want drama in a slow moment, you have to contrast it with fast moments. It's like if somebody is always depressed. Nobody who knows them is gonna comment "wow, you seem depressed today". It's just normal for them. When everything is slow, it becomes the norm and loses the drama.
We get it. Ugh.
We get you made it. Pasting the fact that you made it all over your story video makes you seem insecure and braggy. It also makes i feel like an advertisement and in general seems unprofessional. It gt so upsetting I wasn't able to even finish the video. It annoed me that much. I'm sorry, but for the love of Pete...

Good points and bad
Your artwork and composition of the frames is very well done, and so are the character's expression, esspecially seeing he limitations you gave them with the "eyes" you chose. However, those eyes/clocks felt a bit too disjointed frm the body and it was kinda distracting. Also, if you're not gonna animate a scene, just don't do it. Working around an issue usually is better tha sticking the fact that you didn't do it in the face of the audience.
Well I did cut about 20 secs of the song so that it wouldn't get too boring and too long to animate.
But oh well, what is done is done. And I'm not gonna edit no more.

Haha, I could see why people'd think it's WALL-E. It does remind me a lot of him.
But anyways, not the point. It wasn't bad, but I you wer going for humor, right? I feel like your timing could have been better.
First off, the opening before you got to the chaos was kinda slow. There's an amount of time to make the audience a little tense and an amount of time to bore them. I actually had to look for comments because it was going so long I was worried it was a cycle.
Second, the chaos is the funny stuff, so go nuts with it! Make it crazy! The crazier it is, the more funny the turtle just going on his merry was is in comparison.
Good, but a little advice...
I reall liked the composition and style. You worked hard to make this look like a true anime opening, however, sometimes the animation felt a bit fast for the hair, and there were a few things that could have been smoother.
